Good day, Can you please provide guidance on a replacement item for this window lock shoe? The center gap (that metal piece fits into) is just under a 1/8 of an inch, and the side slots are 1/16 wide. Many thanks.

The window is double hung with a sash that weighs 20 pounds and is 30 inches tall (26 inches glass). The color on the tip of the balancer is blue. Needing to purchase some spiral tilt balances and pivot lock shoes. Windows on our house are vinyl and approx 25 years old. First 2 pictures are I believe called a channel cover it is an overall width of 1 3/8". Remaining 2 pictures are I believe a pivot shoe It is 2" long, 1 1/4"" wide and 5/8" thick of I include the tabs 1/2" thick with out the tabs.

I have old tilting windows that will not stay up. I noticed that one is missing a pivot shoe and thought that maybe the others should be replaced. H 1 15/16, W 1 1/4, Thickness is 3/8. I'm having trouble finding the correct replacement

Its is 5/8 thick and 1 inch 3/8 wide

Windows are double hung and tilt. Pretty sure windows use the 5/8" tube diameter and the length of the cylinder is 31 5/8. (so 32"?) Pretty sure pivot shoe is 1/2 inch. Tip is black.

I spoke with an agent by phone and mentioned an issue with the 15-015 pivot that does not have a CENTER slot for the spiral balance shaft. The 15-015 was what was recommended by you contact based on his observation that the original pivot shoe looked to be 17/32" thick and not 5/8" (15-047).I recei ... (cont.)

I have to replace 20 of these plastic slider/cam assemblies. The metal spiral spring clips into the plastic slider. The springs are all fine, just the plastic part has deteriorated on all the south facing windows. They are 2" high X 1-1/4 wide X 5/8 thick. You were able to supply an obscure storm do ... (cont.)

Greetings - I need at least seven pairs of windows shoes. I do not have an intact one to attach, only the broken pieces shown in the attached pics.
