Hello. I just ordered product 39-239C Encore Awning Operator from you. I also need a hex head adapter as the window is too high to reach by hand. Please see attached photos. Do you carry this adaptor? What would this adaptor be called? Thank you.

is there a part that allows one to open or close a casement window that is overhead, with a long rod style handle?

The articulated part attaches to the window crank "nub". When in place, a long aluminum pole (approx 9' long) with a hook on the end is used to connect and turn the part. We have a long reach across our 2nd story handrail to our awning windows made my Jeld-Wen. I am hoping the universal joint, ring, pole crank with hook will be the solution. Am I able to return the parts if they do not fit?

Regarding Truth Hardware Metal Bracket product code 39-157B, you do not show the overall dimensions...just the distant between the mounting holes, the depth and the diameter of the crank extension hole. What is the overall width and height? Thank you

We are seeking a very long handle (at least 6-10 inches)extender than can open a casement window that is a long reach over 25" kitchen counter top. Can these 4" extensions (39-157) be used together to create an 8" or 12" extension? I have a Kitchen boxed bay casement window that is hard to reach from the sink and need an extra 8-12" reach to operate the window. Thanks Steve
