I believe the name on the window is NFRC, a casement window. The window operator needs to be replaced as the gears are stripped. I am unable to find an operator with a 4 inch arm (the one that attaches to the window) I can find them all day with a 5 inch arm but not the 4 inch. Any suggestions? ... (cont.)

The slide mount that attaches to the window frame measures out at 10.5". Is that what you measure to determine the length needed?

I believe I'm looking for the 39-188 handle for a window I have. Everything looks exactly the same except my arm is only 4 1/2 inches long. My kitchen window needs the right side crank replaced it is a Harvey replacement window installed about 10 years ago. Gearbox slips and grinds.,john
