As you face the Nami bay window from the inside the left hand crank mounting bracket and screws are stripped (last of 4 pics). Can no longer open for additional pics. Took photos of the right hand crank mechanism and window labels.

The handle says Alcoa and a part of the connection has the number 30744 stamped on it. I have two identical windows except one crank mechanism is missing. Both windows lock on the right hand side. Thanks

The attached photos show the crank hardware of a wooden casement window (vynal clad) double casement with a center stile that thieves recently forced open to gain entry damaging the hardware as shown. I need the black part that has the two screws in it and that attaches to the swing arm. Or I need the entire assembly. Do you sell the parts or can you point me to whoever does. Winter approaches and the window is held in by the lock. Not sure safe I'm guessing.

I recently purchased the 39-187 to replace my old window crank. I think I should have ordered the 39-089, but there still seems to be a slight difference. The secondary crank arm on mine seems to be shorter than the 39-089. My secondary arm is 3 1/2". Do I need to change to a different stud bracket ... (cont.)

Hi Dave, I placed an order back on July 19th. Included in this order were two Sash Dyad Crank, 5" 39-187 and 39-188. I finally was able to get my contractor here to install the new window hardware.
