Casement Operator has Wrong Link Arm Size
I ordered Sash Dyad Crank, 5" 39-188 for my rollout window but the arm is just slightly too long for the window to close completely. My guess is the window was installed in the late 80's. Is there a replacement part for this or am I out of luck?
