Everything fit perfect except the part of the arm that connects to the window is just a little to large which is stopping the windows from closing all the way. It is almost like it wont swing in. I ordered the 39-188 and 39-187 dyad cranks and I received them this week. I attempted to install them; however, they do not fit correctly. A bolt broke and i need to replace this piece.

Everything seems to be worn off which is making finding replacement operators very difficult. The only numbers i can find are etched on the inside and they are 30614 and 30893. The width of the operator is 5.5" and it's a single arm

Hello , I need a right and left operator. It seems the end of the folding arm attaches to the bottom of the window. I dont see how your parts attach to window. Is there a seperate two hole piece to attach to bottom of window? THanks, Bob

# 4505601 us patent for kitchen window single right hand opening. the gear came out don't know it there's a way to put it back together or if i need a new one. The arms measured 5" and 4 3/4" distance between the mounting holes is 5". 5 3/8" wide.
