These are the left and right sides of our windows, the crank on both is broken/seems stripped?

This window is a Harvey window, Do you have anything that would match up to it ?

I purchased a window dyad crank with a 5 inch arm #39-090. I need one with a 4 1/2 inch arm. Is it possible to get this? I don't see it on your web site.

Hello , I need a right and left operator. It seems the end of the folding arm attaches to the bottom of the window. I dont see how your parts attach to window. Is there a seperate two hole piece to attach to bottom of window? THanks, Bob

# 4505601 us patent for kitchen window single right hand opening. the gear came out don't know it there's a way to put it back together or if i need a new one. The arms measured 5" and 4 3/4" distance between the mounting holes is 5". 5 3/8" wide.

I am trying to find a replacement operator for the one in the picture. The arm with clip is 4" but I can only seem to find 4 1/2" arms online.

Hello- I need to replace the part in the pictures. This is marked with the manufacturer Truth. The operator has two part numbers, 30615 and 30894. The crank arm has part number 45054. It looks like I can use Swissco part number 39-089 to replace this. I

I have what appear to be Truth dual-arm casement window operators. A left-opening one is broken and I'd like to find a replacement. None are shown on Truth's website that appear to fit my likely 10 to 15 year old model. "30768" is stamped on one of the arms, but that number appears to mean nothin ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm looking for the entire crank out assembly for our customer NAMI looks to be the brand. Our customer gave us the sticker from the crank out window, it's in bad shape. Would you happen to have a total crank assembly? Thank you.

I ordered the sash dyad crank 39-187 and 39-188. The terminal arm is longer than my original. The original is only 4-3/8" long. Can I make the new ones work? Is there something else I can use?

I purchased the 39-090 operator and I tried to install it and the measurements were off. I have taken a photo of my original part to the part I ordered. If you could please offer a better recommendation that would be great.

The holes on the operator are 5" on center and the outer part of the arm is 4 1/2" (see photos)

Can you help identify what replacement part I need for opening my Alcoa Casement Window. Looks a little like the 39-188. The longer of the two crank arms is about 4 5/8 hole to hole.
