I ordered the sash dyad crank 39-187 and 39-188. The terminal arm is longer than my original. The original is only 4-3/8" long. Can I make the new ones work? Is there something else I can use?

I purchased the 39-090 operator and I tried to install it and the measurements were off. I have taken a photo of my original part to the part I ordered. If you could please offer a better recommendation that would be great.

The holes on the operator are 5" on center and the outer part of the arm is 4 1/2" (see photos)

Can you help identify what replacement part I need for opening my Alcoa Casement Window. Looks a little like the 39-188. The longer of the two crank arms is about 4 5/8 hole to hole.

I tried to install my recent purchase, casement operator (39-188) to fix an existing operator problem with my casement windows. Hello, I was wondering if you could help identify this window crank. It appears to me to be a Dyad 5 inch from Truth hardware. The window hinge is on the right when viewing from the exterior of the building. Would this be part 39-089 or 39-090? Also, part 39-187 is similar - would either work? ... (cont.)

The only number found was 40942-A. Found on track attached to window sill. No brand of window found. Looks like good window double pane glass. Need 5 2 double Windows 1 single window
