Dyad operator with 4 and 7/16" arm
I am looking at your Dyad operator #39-188. I have one just like this except the arm length is 4 7/16" instead of the 5". Will that effect the operation of the window or do they make a different arm size?

39-083. And 39-090 window dyad crank 5"
In my photo you can see that the new crank that you sent has a longer arm. On the new crank that you sent the number on the arm is 40395. My old crank with the gold arms has no number on that arm. The second arm on both, however, the one that attaches to the window is the same length--number 30866. ... (cont.)

I believe it's a DYAD , 39-089/39-090 OR 39-187/39-188 I am not sure the difference when it says SASH DYAD or when it says Window DYAD. Also the length of the rod is 4.5" as opposed to 5", not sure if that matters. Hope you can help, can't open either bay vinyl window because both cranks ... (cont.)

Not sure if I have 39-188. Arm goes in other direction?
Hi I need replacement parts for my casement windows. I think they were Patriot, house built in 1995. One is a set 60" tall, 58 1/2" wide, 2 casements, left and right, side by side. It looks pretty much like parts 39-188 and 39-187 to me, but the arm looks like it is flipped in the opposite dir ... (cont.)

sash dyad crank 39-188 related question
Hi, I have a harvey window & need a replacement for the window crank casement. The closest I could find was 39-187 & 39-188 but based on the measurements there seems to be a mismatch in the length (5" vs. < 4.5" on the present one that I have - please see picture - on the tape 20"-24.5") Co ...
