Hello, I'm trying to find a replacement crank handle but the operator shaft is different from everything I have Found. Can anyone help to identify the operator shaft manufacturer and/or a suitable replacement crank handle? Thanks!

I'm looking for the operator to replace my old one. It's Simonton windows and made in 1995. There is a number under the window which is 421412/O3, JOO 35. Thank you for your help!

I am looking to replace whatever is needed as well as how to possibly diagnose the problem. It looks similar to 39-393 but not quite. More like OP05-7500-00-53239 Do you carry these parts?

one side of the arm says Truth 40352 the other says 20810 I can't seem to find the right match fyi the handle is on the right side not in the middle

My lock mechanism won't lock or unlock work it feels like it is no longer attached to anything. It is in the unlock position now! Also crack handle broke off internal part were plastic. They are climate guard windows and I believe the model number for the complete unit is 18016818 ... (cont.)

Truth operator marked 30905 on arm. Small link measures 5 inches. Need right operator.

Have no idea who manufactured these windows all labels are unreadable. Purchased the home 2 years ago. there seems to be 4 screws holding it from the window area with clips holding the sash. Need replacement unit and several sash clips to replace missing ones.

I am good to assume that this is the Truth EntryGard single arm? 39-216 and 39-218? Can I also replace the cover? I'm looking to move to white for the cover and handle.

Client has discontinued awning crank - we can get white but cannot locate coppertone from our regular suppliers. I don't have measurement but appears to be approx 16" at it's widest when completely closed. We can always get back to client to get exact measure prior to ordering. Would love to know ... (cont.)

Crank does not operate. Shaft comes off with handle. Will not operate window. Need new mechanism.

I need some parts for my casement window. The wheels or gears are stripped so it won't open. They were made by Crestline in 1997. I have a photo.

We have lived in our house for 27 years and the bay window was installed a few years prior to moving in. There is the name TRUTH on the base of the window crank.

Entry Guard window crank L3084 maybe L30841. Cranks to the left and window opens to the right.
