Hi, the casement window crank operator doesn't work and the hinge is broken. I can't find the manufacturer's name on the window. I need a crank handle only and the top and bottom arms for an encasement window

This handle is for a bay window. The crank is fully functional, but the handle hardware has broke apart. It seems that the crank was spring powered. No identification found on vinyl casement window. May need up to 10 hinges. Was unable to remove hinge from to window at this time for better picture.
