Hello. I have an older window and the hinge arm got bent. Looking for a replacement part if possible.

The mecanisme of the operator is broken. I need to replace it.

I have a 1992 Viceroy home that has several casement window hardware issues. I want to ensure i get the right hardware to replace them . Viceroy has no Website , so I am hoping you can help me. See photos above ThanksJohn

I purchased the 39-248 Roto Operator Base to replace a broken plastic brace. The part fits fine except for one item. When I insert the base into window frame hole there is a 3/16" gap between new operator base and window frame where you screw the base into the frame. The old plastic brace is thicker ... (cont.)

The Gray plastic, the screw mounts to hold the crank assembly to the frame broke off. Is there a LH & RH mount? Both of mine in my Bay window are broken. Is the metal replacement 39-248 the part I want? The current plastic one has # G2-056F-02 Thanks Marty

Hello , The screw holes to mount are 4 1/4 inches apart . The crank is 5 1/4 long.I need a left and a right

Roto plastic base for crank handle broken Roto p/n G2-OSCP-02 Your p/n 39-248 shows as replacement is there a spacer that goes under it to bring to correct height? What is the part number? Thank's Michael

The plastic cover says 'roto'. This is from a window that was installed in 1995.

Hi, Is there a replacement part available for the piece in the picture? A bad wind storm kicked up on day and pushed both windows in breaking base. the windows still open and close while holding the inside piece in place. I spoke to a rep this morning regarding replacement cranks for casement windows. These are the photos with the information.
