39-259 VE Anderson Window Crank, Right Handed

have no idea how old this is. bought a condo and the crank appears to be stripped. cannot identify so that i may get it replaced/repaired

I'd like to change operator from right side to left side of the window to make operation easier and safer

Pix 1+2 show broken off sissor hinge openers on North unit installed late 1970's 3rd pix shows intact unit which has scissor hinges as photoed on both sides of over n under glazings

Looking for help to replace the window crank and another part I might need. The windows do move freely.

The windows are from the 1980's in Florida. The crank has no markings or indications as to the manufacturer. I can not detach the crank arm from the window as they appear to be bolted on.

Hello, I live in Fort Myers, FL and during Hurricane Ian two of my awning window cranks failed and the Windows kept opening during the storm. Unfortunately no model numbers, but I was able to find patent numbers. Just in case it helps, it appears to be D198-202 U. The base is L shaped with an offset hole. Vertical measurement between holes is 4-1/2" from the top hole to the offset one. Horizontal measurement between the two bottom ones is ... (cont.)

This crank will open the window but won't close it.

Hi - I assume I need to replace this operator. It will open the window, but when closing, the crank stem screws out of the housing. Note the offset holes at the bottom, the bent link, and circke clip fasteners. House was built in 1988 - I assume these are original. Can you identify? Thanks! ... (cont.)

4&1/2 inches between top screw hole & bottom hole. About 5 inches top to bottom of the other screw hole. 1&3/8 inches between bottom screw holes. Length of swing arm is 2&5/8 inches

The only identifying markings in side the main casting is Patent # 19A202 and another line with R.D. 1963. I have submitted a picture and a drawing with dimensions.Rob

I need a RH window operator. On my handle there is a no. D-198202 n.s. RD 1963 Can. I guess they used that Pat No. for a lot of these operators. Everything I am looking at has different holes.

My window crank matches up very closely to your Product code 39-259. The only difference appears to be with the length of my arm extension is 2 10/16. Yours is 2 1/2. Very close. Need to know if this product will work as a replacement. Please advise. ty
