I'm having trouble getting the right crank handle for my crank-out casement windows (pair); I recently ordered 39-274, but the spline didn't fit over the crank receiver - too small. I have twelve crank out wooden windows. Over the last 15 years, I have seemed to lost a part on the handle knobs because they just slide off and on. The "male" part that our window crank handle attaches to is wearing out and we are curious if there are replacement parts available. The house was built in 1959 in Minnesota.
