before I start replacing the hinges with products from your company, I was hopeful you would guide me on how to adjust the crestline casement window. Crank threads are stripped, window opens but can't close by crank. Hoping to go through and replace all in house. Windows ordered by previous homeowners so don't know anything more.

THERE ARE 4EA WINDOWS, ALL OUTSWING, 2 EA LH, 2 EA RH. THEY ARE ABOUT 25 OR SO YEARS OLD,TRUST MECHANISM. OTHER THAN THE 20755 ON ONE ARM I DON'T SEE ANY OTHER MARKS. YOUR HELP IS APPRECIATED.

Hello, I have six casement windows (three right, three left) that have problems with the operators. These are Kolbe & Kolbe windows manufactured in 1999. They are 22" x 46"

I am looking for casement window cranks for left and right opening windows. The following markings are on the original crank: 45035-RH, TRUTH, RH, 3.

These were Peachtree windows that were put in about 35 years ago. As you can see from the photos it opens out to the left. The number on the mechanism is 2081. And the wrds on the mechanism are Entry Gard TRUTH

Hello. We have 2 clad case master Marvin windows. The cranks (part number 10898240 ) no longer work. They are discontinued. There may also be a problem with the operator too. It is stamped Truth Entry Guard, and has gears similar to 39-036, but the operator's arms and link arms look different.

The word "truth" is seen on the bottom right of this split arm operator

Screws on the outside part are just a hair over 3" apart. When I close it all the way, it seems like the gears are stripped. If I push open the window a bit, it engages. This part finder is a very cool feature, btw. -steve
