Hello Swisco! We have Pozzi casement windows and one of the operators isn’t cooperating. It’s a left hinge, right opening window and the operator cranks counter-clockwise to open the window. Hello, I am looking for a replacement window crank assembly for a bay style casement window. The pictures are from the Left Window. The linkage long arm is stamped "L" and "31538A" the long arm measures 8-3/4" the mounting hole centers are 3-7/8"

40471 engraved on main part. Crank arm cranks window open but comes apart when attempting to crank window closed. I believe I need two right sided operators. What other info do you need from me to get the correct part?
