1/2" Channel balance, measures 28", marked " h A273000HN " I previous parts order: 19-024 Top and 15-095 Shoe (Capitol) I need 1 replacement Channel Balance.

I am trying to find the exact part to replace this window balance, no name on the window. I do not see any on your web site that match the top post and shoe.The balance is 28" long from metal to metal and 9/16 width.

Hello: I'm replacing the channel balances in some windows. I'm in need of the plastic parts that goes in the top and the bottom of the balance. Looking for the correct parts for two sizes of windows. One has 273000HN and the other is 272000HN both are 28" long.

Greetings, I need to replace several failed 1/2" non-tilt channel balances in the bottom sash of Wausau aluminum double hung windows. The stamp reads "2517 BSI ML 26L" The balances are 26" long. I don't believe you carry the Wausau top & bottom guides but I can reuse them from the existing balance ... (cont.)

I need some help finding these balances please. It is a 1/2 inch wide balance. You have a very easy to use web site, but I just can't figure out which channel balances to order. I need 34"L, 1/2"W full assemblies that have the ends to match the photos I've attached.

I'm needing to replace a couple of channel balances for a window. The balance is stamped 23D. It is 9/16" wide which I have read is considered 1/2". Based upon using your selection tool, I think I need something like the series 351 24" 2340 channel balance. But one of the ends look more like 15 ... (cont.)

Hello, I cancelled an order for the Series 380 because I think I chose the incorrect shoes. Based on your part pictures, I could tell my parts looked close to 19-005 tops and 15-095 shoes.
