I am trying to find the exact part to replace this window balance, no name on the window. I do not see any on your web site that match the top post and shoe.The balance is 28" long from metal to metal and 9/16 width.

Hello: I'm replacing the channel balances in some windows. I'm in need of the plastic parts that goes in the top and the bottom of the balance. 1/2" channel balance with unusual stamp
Greetings, I need to replace several failed 1/2" non-tilt channel balances in the bottom sash of Wausau aluminum double hung windows. The stamp reads "2517 BSI ML 26L" The balances are 26" long. I don't believe you carry the Wausau top & bottom guides but I can reuse them from the existing balance ... (cont.)

I need some help finding these balances please. It is a 1/2 inch wide balance. I have 3 different lengths I need. aluminum stamp on track is 1820, 2420 and 1220.I need 6 of the 24", 20 of the 18" and 2 of the 12".The pictures are of the bottom part and the plastic part should have 2 "wings" on it bu ... You have a very easy to use web site, but I just can't figure out which channel balances to order. I need 34"L, 1/2"W full assemblies that have the ends to match the photos I've attached.

I'm needing to replace a couple of channel balances for a window. The balance is stamped 23D. It is 9/16" wide which I have read is considered 1/2". Based upon using your selection tool, I think I need something like the series 351 24" 2340 channel balance. But one of the ends look more like 15 ... (cont.)
