I am trying to replace these. I cannot find a part number

The only identifier, after removing the hardware, is #5.5 37 inchs PAT 5232208 on the coil. I need all the proper hardware to replace all coil balances on both sides of the window, the pivot shoes, and coil supports. not sure if this setup is considered single coil, double coil, or more. I need to replace the pair of balancers on the vinyl window pictured. The lower window sash window is a double pane 38" high by 29" wide. The balancer is 1 1/4" wide and the travel distance is about 34". Do have anything to replace the right and left side? It is a double coil balancer on each side ... (cont.)

Markings on the spring are faded but I can see 33" and a marking below that ends with what looks like 23208.

Need help finding some window parts for tilt windows

The standard support is at the top of the window and is screwed into the actual frame. Your videos show that this piece is moved to meet the pivot shoe...I took the screws out of the support but it really doesn't move and because they're screwed into the metal frame are they supposed to move?...I'm ... I'm sorry I found no making on parts and nothing to describe brand of window. This is a 35 x 52 inch single hung window I was surprised it had double springs.

0m137 patent pending is the only thing written on them. there are four per window (2 each side) with the one bumper on each side. I have three windows that need these mechanisms and coils replaced. Not sure which parts are appropriate aside from the bumpers--ThanksDavid

Swisco Team, Looking for the Coil Spring balance and necessary accessories. for six windows (all same size). The current springs are Omega 5.5 64" doubled on each side.
