How do I attach the Coil balance 160 to the 15-111 pivot shoe, as they are separate parts

Hi, That parts the hold my windows up at my beach house have broken. I was successful in getting them out and need to replace them. The windows are otherwise in good shape and functional. I need to find these vinyl windows pulls. They are of a coil resemblance, appears to be from the 90's. I have almost non legible numbers that appears to be the serial and maker number identifier. Please let me know if you carry these.

On the coil spring is #5.5 and 35". The window is a 26" x 21" and weighs 15 pounds. I need replacement please
