15-111 Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

I have Double Hung windows that are from the year 2000 They were manufactured by Corning. Need Balances, Pivot Lock Shoes and T slot offset hollow seals. I have both Single & Double Spring Balances but I have no Weight Identification.

This thing that holds window up cracked and fell down and now window must be propped open. The second picture shows on a window that is not broken all you can see is bottom edge of the piece.

Hi I need coil balances that look exactly like your S160 1/2" coil balance except that it has smaller inner/outer diameter, i.e. your S160 is too large. The markings on my coil balance are: #3.5, 33", PAT52320 and it is 1/2" wide. Do you have such coil? Robert

There are 3 constant force coils per side. The window weights 35.6lb the pivot brake/shoe is 30mm (1 1/4inch wide) by 30mm (1 1/4inch) high and 14mm (1/2inch) depth(depth of the channel. Our bottom sash weighs 30lbs and has a triple coil balance that needs replaced. We feel almost certain we need the Series 160 coils. There is no stamp identifier on the old coils that we could find. Do we need three of the 4.5lbs coils (13.5lbs) or three of the 5.5lbs (16.5lbs) coils for the 30l ... (cont.)

Have 20 year old single hung windows. One window is hard to open and close with a broken part under the coil covers on one side. Want to get all new parts for that one side but not sure what part numbers are. hope the attach pictures will help.

No markings or numbers. coil is broken on one side, window will not stay open. Can't find parts anywhere. 1.25 inches high by 1.50 wide. We purchased parts for our screen door handle thru you and were very satisfied.
