Windows came from company out of Canada. That company is out of business. Need pivot shoes. 9/16" x 2 1/4" or 2 3/16" x 1 3/16"

Hi, I dont know what kind of windows I have. I am looking for hardware for them. The spiral balance is 5/8 x 16" long, red cap. The pivot shoe is 2 1/8 high by 1-1/4 wide by 9/16 deep, with the hole for pivot bar 7/16 x 1/4 inch. The pivot bar is 2-5/8 long with the screw hole 1-9/16 from outside e ... (cont.)

I have not removed the pivot shoe but it looks like a 15-015 without the screw to lock the spiral balance, based on the dimensions. The spiral balance is 42" but it has a blue end piece. It is 5/8" diameter. It seems red and black tips are only available on your website. Can you confirm the Parts ... (cont.)

these are on a rental home so these are the best pictures i took, they measured 9/16 thick I have 15-118 in my cart, is that correct or would you suggest others? i don't mind buyin 2 versions and returning the wrong ones just would like to have the right supplies when i go to repair these windows ... Hi! Looking for the closest match to the existing part, which is 9/16 x 1-1/4 x 2-1/8. It is for a tilt window made by Lock-Wood Windows (New Brunswick, Canada), now called Norwood. Many thanks, Richard

I am not sure what this part is called, though it may be the pivot shoe. It holds the spiral balance rod at the bottom of the window track. This comes from a 30+ year old vinyl double hung window. I can find absolutely NO manufacturer's name anywhere on the windows or frames. All of the windows were installed when I built the house and the spiral balances and pivot blocks are all failing. I need help.

I have no idea the maker of the window. They are 22 years old. The pivot shoe is 1 1/4 wide, 2 1/4 high, 1/2 inch thick. Has a number 590CSB on it. What part number should I order?
