Hello, Could you help me pick out the parts to rebuild my window counter balances? The manufactures CareFree is out of business and I would need the shoe, instructions on how to remove them, the balance spring loaded rod, the winding tool and installation instructions.

I spoke with someone in customer care, and he suggested I email pictures of my channel balance. One of the channel balances broke on one side of the tilt window. I purchased pivot lock shoe 15-134 and pivot bar 26-040. When I tried to place the pivot bar into the lock shoe it did not fit. Could you recommend a lock shoe of similar dimensions that will accept the channel width of the 26-040 pivot bar. Thank you
