I have a dual balance low e-window. One of the balances broke and I need to replace it. The working balance measures 32inches long, 7/16 width and 7/16inch depth. On April 27, 2013 I purchase from Swisco on pair of pivot shoes 11/32" thick stock number 15-200. I am need of four more of these pivot shoes. I cannot find them listed on your web site, what would be the replacement?

In the past I order pivot shoe 15-200, it was a 11/32 thick shoe do you still have or what is your replacement number? Thanks, Charles

I am trying to find appropriate Tilt Window Replacement Pivot Lock Shoe. I cannot find a name brand on the window. The open gap in the window track appears to be about 1/2". Included in attached images is what the part looks like complete and another one broken.

I need to identify this part so l can purchase it and I don?t know the manufacturer Please help THANKS

Rod length = 26 in. Rod dia. = 3/8 in. Sash weight = 5.6 lb. There were hints of red plastic residue on the top of the slide mixed in with the dust. Please confirm proper spiral balance required. Will also be looking for tool. Thanks, Paul

Have a Care Free Window, need a pivot lock ( many) I see where you suggest pivot lock15-134 and 26-297. My question is the Care Free pivot lock has a "V" like slot allowing the window to tilt up to pull window out. The 15-134 looks to be just a rectangle with no "V" notch? How do you get window in ...
