I purchased new spiral balances from you but it turns out i need some replacement "shoes" the ones I need have a metal piece at the top that is bent, broken or missing. I dont know what the manufacturer is they say easy care on the top for the window latch. The shoes appear to be about an inch wide. ... (cont.)

Hello, I have these old windows and would like to replace the balance mechanisms on the side but am having trouble finding the parts. Some of the windows won't stay open and some are just very difficult to open (feel stuck).

I added a pics of: - a window balancer (code 28F bsi be) uninstalled and installed. - sliding plastic slider for double hung window - small metal part that allows window to fall forward (uninstalled and installed)

Please let me know if you have the balance rods shown in the picture.

Looking for a part number for the pictured pivot shoe for a spiral balance tilt aluminum double hung window. It appears to be 3/8" thick, and just under 7/8" wide. I cannot get it out.
