Hi, We have 6 GA Windows, white, Single hung, tilt sash needing these parts: 6) each Tilt sash latch, R & L (12 total) top 2 screw holes are 2" center to center. 12) Shoe, for TS Balance, White 12) spiral 3/8" TS Balance, 33"

I need some help. I cannot find this window balance and in specific the end piece that connects to the pivot lock shoe. What is this piece? what balance will be used for this? The balance has 26b bsi at stamped on it. I have been searching for hour on all of these pieces. It is a 1/2" by 1/2" and ... (cont.)

Approximately 5/16" thick, 7/8" wide and 2" long

Part #15-134 isn't completely matching up. The height is only around 1 and 7/8 inch.

Trying to replace a set of spiral balances & the pivot lock shoes. The tube measures 3/8" thickness x 28-3/4" long. Do I order 28" or 29" balance? Also, I don't see the pivot lock shoe on your website. It is 3/8" thick, 1-15/16" overall & 31/32" wide. Has a Red cam.

Trying to find this part. The part at the top broke off Windows are from Window world. Top windoe does not move . Bottom only tilts. Looks like part is 3/8inche thick and almost a inch wide. Thank you

looking for assistance on replacing spirals balances, currently speaking with customer service about it. The rod is 30 inches long and 0.41 in in diameter as measured with a calipers. Pivot shoe has red rectangular window slot and rides inside the channel.

I'm looking to replace hardware on 8 SH, aluminum frame windows. They were manufactured by PlyGem around 2013.Channel balances are ribbed, 28" long. They look like your S750-28, except for the balance shoe connection. I thought maybe the S770-28 would be better, even though it's not ribbed. If so, I ... (cont.)

They are 29" long width of 3/8 and the window sash weight is 22 lbs. Should I order the red, or green. Also need 4 balancers for a 26" length 3/8 width with 9 lb. Window sash also need 4 window balancer length 29" width 3/8 window sash weighs 25 lb.

The tube is 1/2 inches and space between the studs is the same

I am looking for a pivot lock shoe to replace the ones that are broken. The manufacturer suggested checking here for a replacement part. I have included manufacturer numbers and photos of part installed and not installed in photos attached. Do you have a replacement part?

The metallic portion for holding the spiral is missing on one side of the balance shoe assembly. Can you please let me know if I can just find the metallic part or do I need to change the entire balance shoe assembly.
