I'm working to replace the spiral tilt balance, pivot shoe and pivot bar in windows that were used in new construction in 1997. The pic I've included is the bottom corner of the window. Hi I bought 8 of the 15-045 but the cam opening for the pivot bar was too small. The installed pivot shoe is approximately 31/32 in wide. 3/8 thick and slightly less than 2 in long (about 1 15/16). The "stopper" for many of my windows has had the screws that hold it in place rusted out. This is the part which locks the window in place as it slides up and down. Not sure how/where to replace this.

The shoe measures 1 1/4 wide 2" tall and 3/8 thick. The pivot bar that goes with it is one screw 2" long 5/16 wide by 3/16 I found the bar but can't seem to find the shoe on your site. Please help Michael.

I have a spiral balance that has a white plastic housing that measures 28 inches in length and 3/8inches round. The spiral completely extended adds another 28 inches to the length. This part stays in window sash on a tilt window it is missing the metal prongs that hold the block tied to the string on a ribbed channel balance

The label is showing the window type, and the pic of the plastic insert that attaches to the spring is the part that we need. It's plastic, but metal would be okay also. I have a window that is 51 1/2" W x 60 3/4" H. My window balances are broken and I need to replace them. The Length of the balance measures 28" is 1/2" wide and is ribbed.
