I bought the 15-045 shoes but they won't fit into my jamb channel. Do you have anything thinner?

This is a 9/16" wide pivot shoe. The channel is 1/2" deep. I can't figure out how the window pops out and so I can't see the bottom of the shoe.

Looked all around windows and hardware, but there was no name or model number anywhere to be found. Customer wants to close on sale in 7 days, but really needs these replaced. The hook on the spring assembly has been broken. As well as the L hook at the bottom of the window pane. Please identify these parts so I can get replacements and fix it, thanks in advance

I measured my pivot shoe at 3/8x15/16x1 7/8. Do you have any this size

these are 3/8 pivot shoes. They are 2"x 1". The window is 20 years old and i didn't see anything on the website that matched. Will anything else work?

I think all if not most pivot shoes lock when the sash is tilted in.Post some images with dimensions of exactly what you are looking for, we'd be happy to research it for you.

I ordered item # 15-045 Pivot Shoe, 3/8" thick and it was the wrong size. Would item # 15-212 or 15-134 be the right size? The roating bushing opening is 5/8" wide / 3/8" tall.

Looking for replacement parts for balancer. The pictures I uploaded are the only information on the windows I have.

I took my current balances off and they are on tilt in Windows. The size of balance is 3/8 width and 27" long. The current color is green but on your site there is only a red and White option.
