15-143 Coil Bushing

There are no identifying numbers on anything. We think the windows are less than 10 years

this window has a serial number 051-492518, the window was installed in November 2001. There appear to be two stips of metal going from the coils to the pivot shoe.

I don't know the brand of window this is. Maybe the bar code means something to you. The bottom receiver on the bottom sash has broken apart (the aluminum round part.) I hope that you can come up with the part for me. Thank you

I need some shoes for my windows, not sure which to get

It allows the window to move up and down as well as tilt in holding the window in the track. I need 6 replacements and don't know where to find them. Can you help?

I am trying to replace the coils balance on a couple windows but cannot figure out which ones I need.

Looking for coil balance assembly for Alside Excaliber 2000 Series double hung window. Picture of pivot shoe attached which measures 1.25 inch wide and 0.5 inch deep.

looking through the balance shoes, i think the 15-177 is the best design match. it calls out the series 152 tape coil. the tape is 1/2" wide. how do i find the weight rating on the tape? shoe is 9/16" deep, 1 1/4" wide, but only 1 3/8" tall instead of 1 1/2" tall. let me know if there is a better ... I need a double coil balance replacement or a substitute ( modern ) which can be used in my single hung tilt coil balance vinyl window. The plastic between the the two coils is broken which stops my window from closing completely and securely. I am not comfortable in removing the broken coil balan ... (cont.)

window wont stay up. not sure on the brand, need to pass occupancy inspection. im also not entirely sure what other information is needed other than weight of the sash.
