I could not find identifying numbers for these windows that have broken parts. The window weighs about 15 lbs. I do not know if the replacement spring balance value for each side should be 16 lbs as listed in your web site or half that value. Also, I do not know which of the many pivot shoes is the ... Looking to replace these balances but unsure as to what I would need

I have 3 different size windows I need springs and coil balance shoes for: Window 1: Double spring (see attached photo) The window weighs 23.4 lbs.. The channel the coil balance shoe slides in is 5/8" deep by 1 3/8" wide. I think all the coiled springs are ok by I do need the coil balance shoes. I'm looking at 14 units for the windows (have 5 windows but want some extras). If the exact match can't be had, I am willing to use an alternative tha ... (cont.)

My window has a broken spring in the left side track. One of the photos above shows a S/N and a Series. The track that the spring mounts into is 1-9/32" wide x 17/32" deep. What replacement Pivot Shoe Part Number do we require? Aluminum portion of Pivot Shoe is cracking/breaking preventing the Pivot Shoe from travelling up & down. We have tilt replacement windows. When I last opened the window a metal piece in the pivot lock shoe broke. It doesn't stay with the window any more. I have attached pictures but really can't find any documentation on the window or parts. They were installed prior to our ownership. ... (cont.)
