No part #s vinyl replacement window

Hello I need a new coil, show balance and the roller the coil is screwed in. The only numbers I can find is the coil shoe brake has a 0 on it and the coil spring has a 5 on it. I've looked everywhere online and can't find all the parts to match

I need to replace the balances for the lower sash of a double hung window. I'm thinking based on searches of identifies on the sticker that I may have an Alside 0200 window? Thanks for your help!

Some of my home windows will no longer stay up by themselves due to these coil balance parts breaking. I can not find I local company that can do repairs. Any help in identifying these parts so I can order replacements and hopefully fix it myself would be greatly appreciated.

Window is 26" tall and 28.5" wide, double pane. I don't see a manufacturer name. Coil springs are broken (left and right). On the spring there is a 9 with a J below it. Attached pics will describe the rest better than I can.

I can't pull my window up. Taking the window off, it looks like the pivot bar on one side is broken. I couldn't see the pivot bar on the other side either so I don't know if there was any. Hello, I have an Alside Excalibur window that has both of the coil balances snapped, leaving the window very hard to keep up due to it's weight. I have uploaded both photos of the coil and the shoe. coils have a number 5/8/8, each coil only has one number stamped on it either a 5 or an 8. Needing all new plastic is all brittle or broken. Needing help figuring out what parts I need. Thanks, Phil
