I have a tilt window and the window does not stay open when lifted. In addition window does not sit in the base of the frame. I measured the bar piece and it is 29" long. What other pieces do I need to orderthank you,Marlene

I am in need of replacement pins for my window screens for Louisiana Pacific windows LP WS-5 92-4

I have screens from 2003 and the manufacturer went bankrupt (Bonneville in 2009). I need replacement pins, but nothing matches the size pin I need. I am searching for replacement plunger for my screens. The make of the windows was Peach tree. The shaft is 1 1/2 inch long. Do you carry replacement parts ? As you can see in the photo, the white caps after 10 years become brittle and crack.

Plunger pins are stuck in place. How do I get pins loose without destroying screen? Only two pins in top. Very little room to get at top of pin. Cant get a saw blade in there or spray rust remover. I've bought some other pins and this 7/32" part was about 3/16" too long so when the pin is installed in the screen, and the pin is fully retracted it still sticks out of the screen too m ... the window would be at least 15 years old, since we have moved to this house for 14 years now. no record for window's brand, the outside part of pin is 0.49-0.55 in. the wideness of window screen frame is about 0.71 in. I need help with replacing a Kolbe & Kolbe window crank assembly. The gears are not engaging and the interior components keep coming unscrewed when trying to open or close the window.I just need the internal working mechanism as the arm and handle are fine. Thank you.
