70-009 5 Pack, Screen Plunger Pin Latches, 5/32"

I am in need of replacement pins for my window screens for Louisiana Pacific windows LP WS-5 92-4

I have screens from 2003 and the manufacturer went bankrupt (Bonneville in 2009). I need replacement pins, but nothing matches the size pin I need. The inside screen frame hole is 3/16 inch wide, and the outside frame hole is 1/4 inch, or maybe 7/32. The problem is the inside (3/16) hole. The probl ... (cont.)

The spring loaded pin is 1-3/4" long. It is ~ 3mm (~3/16") on the inside of the screen frame and ~ 4mm (5/32") on the outside of the frame. The frame width itself is 3/4" wide.

I am searching for replacement plunger for my screens. The make of the windows was Peach tree. The shaft is 1 1/2 inch long. Do you carry replacement parts ? As you can see in the photo, the white caps after 10 years become brittle and crack.

What is needed to install a 70-208 screen latch set peachtree??? Your website says a related item is the 33-084. This #4 3/8 wood screw is to be used to connect the plastic screen latch to the aluminum frame? Have you actually tried this? What size rivet would work? Also I need the guide pin that ... (cont.)

Plunger pins are stuck in place. How do I get pins loose without destroying screen? Only two pins in top. Very little room to get at top of pin. Cant get a saw blade in there or spray rust remover.
