This is a picture of the plungers in all of my screens. Even if you take off the head, the body of the plunger is longer than the 1 1/8 you show on your screen plungers. What sized plunger pin works with the 75-503 drill bit?
If I buy the step down drill bit (7/32 down to 1/8 inch), what size plunger pin would work with this? Thanks!!!

Why is the 75-032 more expensive than the 75-503?
Hi, I was wondering (other than size) what's the difference between the two step down bits & the plungers associated with each? The reason I ask is that the 75-032 is far more expensive than the 75-503. I understand there are two different sizes, but why such the price disparity? Does the 70-0 ... (cont.)

Thank you for your video. Unfortunately I found you too late and was charged $90. by Pella (which also included their shipping for 40 screen plungers. I also needed 40 sill screws for the screens which have a ball head. Pella was willing to sell me individually 100 screws at a cost of $1.91 a piece ... (cont.)

Thicker window screen pins
Hi, After about 10 years, a bunch of my windows need various parts replaced. The windows use plunger bolts on the side, and pins at the top to anchor in place. I measured the diameter of our pins and they are 0.157 inches but I've only been able to find the 1/8 push pin here. Since the holes a ... (cont.)

Replacement window hardware
Hello. I have 31 windows in my home. They are in fairly good condition, but the plastic pull tabs on the corner pieces are all breaking (see picture #1), and I can't pull the screens in. We have a bay a wooden window that was installed in the early l980's. The plunger pins that hold the screen into the wooden frame have come out and the screw part that holds them in is gone.
