I need balancers and pivot pins for Biltbest double hung windows 41 D 14 each, 43 D 8 each, 15 each left hand pivot pins, 15 each right hand pivot pins.

I have a client who needs a pair of these balances for an older Mastic Vinyl Replacement window. Approximate frame size = 33 3/4 X 52 3/4.

Hello, I'm having a difficult time identifying a pivot shoe replacement part for my window. "Alcoa" is labeled in a few spots on the window itself. This part screws into the lower corners of the lower sashes on my windows and slips into the pivot mechanism. Unfortunately the part the fits into the pivot mechanism is broken off on many of them and they need replacing. The part is metal and has a 1 marked on the side

Hello, the pivot Shoe I have looks like 15-129.The thickness on my Shoe measure 17/32, the width is 1in. The height is 1" 55/64. Pictures are attached. All other parts match to what have. Need help with matching the pivot Shoe. Thanks
