75-005 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Non-tilt Windows

11/12/03 UNIQUE BALANCE 21E (broken) & 21F from MILESTONE SINGLE HUNG SERIES 2000 window mfg by FLORIDA EXTRUDERS SANFORD FL. I would like to purchase replacement balances for the left(21E) and the right(21F) they measure 22".

I would like to replace Spiral Balances on condo windows. Some are sprung with the spiral part extending down the entire bottom of the window. The prior owner said he bought 35" Series 400, but did not say which ones. I removed a spiral balance which is definitely 35", 3/8", but there is no c ... (cont.)

Folks.. We have some older wood double hung windows which were installed at the time the house was built in the 1950's. Dear Swisco, Thank you for your help. Aluminum window, single hung, balance diameter looks to be 1/2 inches, length is 29 inches, bottom of balance are rusted off, no shoe found in the window, Here are a few pictures,

We have 10 single hung alum windows with 3/8" tubular spiral balances. The window locks say Jacobson on the window latch. The house was built in 2003 for a couple in their 70's at the time. Part is 21 in. long and diameter is 5/8 in. It has a number 2 on the spiral and also word unique. We need 4 of these plus 4 brackets that attaches it.

I have several windows that have the spiral balance system that are failing. Originally purchased and installed by "Jacobson Windows of Tampa, FL", which now appear to be out of business. This window is a General aluminum non-tilt window with spiral balancers. There is no way to remove the sash from the frame. How do I replace the spiral-balance in a window like this? On the bottom of the sash there is no obvious shoe to attach the balancer to. Please offer some guidance... ... (cont.)

I see no bottom mount, appears to just catch in bottom of window.

Greetings, The nylon cord for the right hand side of the balance on a tilt double hung vinyl window is disconnected. I've tried several Swisco orders trying to make my windows work again. In the attached photo, the one at the end is one of the Swisco Series 400s I tried. I have an old window which does not have counter weights and no pocket in which to install them. The window is 36"w x 31 7/8"h and is 1 1/2" thick. It weighs 27 lb.
