Spiral balance help

I had questions regarding my spiral balance. I believe it’s 18 inches, 5/8 with orange tip. I do not see how it was hooked in to the sash since both spiral balances were already hanging loose. Non Tilt Spiral Balances

Good morning, I am looking for non-tilt spiral balances in two sizes. One is 17" for a 5lb window, the other is 21" for an 8lb window. I am looking for the closest style of bracket to my original, as that is what my windows are calling for.

Spiral balance tube

Looking for replacement. Tubes are 33 inches long, about 5/8 inch in diameter and the sash weight is nine pounds. Window is double hung maybe from 1960s or so. Also, if no replacement parts, can we clean them/ lubricate and reuse? Thanks

Spiral balances - which series are they?

Im trying to get replacements of my spiral balancers. They are aluminum. They're 33" long (not including colored tip). And they're 9/16" in diameter. They have a red tip. Can you help me determine what series they are? Thank you!!

It's seems to be a 23" spiral balance. 5/8 diameter. White tip. The end of the spiral seems to be damaged. No shoe or bracket anywhere in the window frame nor near window.
