Hi, I read your thread on your website about different model of coils. I don't find any in print on my coil. However, the tilt window weight 12.6 lbs. the coil measures 1.25cm width. Can you help to advise on the model number?

need to replace the pivot shoe

I would like help identifying what is needed to replace my pivot pins and shoes and I have attached photos in hopes that you can assist me.

this looks like it attached to the shoe of the window. It also has the double coil on it. We can provide pictures if you need them. the top coil is stamped with 4K and the bottom coil is stamped with 5k. These appear to be the only markings on the part.

How do I find out the weight of my coil van ace shoe spring? What do I need to repair the coil balance shoe?

I think this if the most similar to 15-177, but I saw another shoe on the "Pivot Lock Shoes" product category standard image that looks closer. It is the gray shoe to the bottom right in the picture. I must have ordered the wrong parts. The part of the window that fits into the groove is too big for the parts that I ordered. I broke both the left and right hand 140 quick tilt parts trying to get the window barrel into the swivel joint.. Should I order the next spring size? (0rder number 3069 ... (cont.)

Hi. I believe the window balance is the cause for my Empire Pacific (2009) double hung window (top pane) not closing all the way. I've attatched some photos. Hopefully they will allow you to find a replacement set up. Thanks, John

Hello, This is a replacement window form the late1980's. The cam broke off on one side of the window and porbable would need to replace both coils. The window weighs around 15-20 lbs. The coil was unscrewd from the top to see what it looks like together. Thank you, John

Hello, I purchased a home and the previous owner removed these damaged coil balance mechanisms they are 2-1/4 height, 1-1/4 width and 9/16 thickness, I know it's a swisco window, but there are no identifying marks on the coil balances , Can I get som help with replacement

1 3/8 tall x 1 1/4 wide x 17/32 deep

I have two new construction windows that won’t stay up. It’s a single hung window. Attached are small videos and pictures of that window. There’s a long plastic piece on one side of the window only. But nothing else.
