The parts in the pictures are from a 29x21 kitchen window left side frame of unknown manufacturer. I am looking to replace the assembly on the left and right sides. Also, I have a 25x17 bathroom window that uses the same assembly, but I believe the spring coil is a bit shorte,r that I am looking for ... (cont.)

The shoe you have matches what is existing, there is no stamp codes on the coiles and do you have the coil supports? The sash weighs about 10-14 lbs. Thanks for your help!

Hello- the right side of our window "spring" (idk the proper term) is cracked and the window cannot be opened or stay open now. Can you help me figure out what part we need? Thank you!

I believe this might be from an "Quantum 2" window (there is a "Q2" on the latch) but as I cannot find any other identifying information I have no way of finding the right part (or "stamp" as your site indicates).

I need replacements for just the metal part . Do you have these?

I have several broken coil balances on my Rehau double hung windows. I am having no luck with the window manufacturer, so I am reaching out for some assistance. Unfortunately there are no slots cut in my windows that would allow for removal of the balance, so I don't know the weight of the springs. ... (cont.)

Hi, one of the pivot arms is broken on this window. We bought the house like this. We have no clue which window manufacturer. looking from the inside out, its the right side on bottom of the window. i am located in Ontario Canada. Do you have anything that may work for me?

Hi - This coil window balance is from my Alside vinyl windows with tilt sashes that are approximately 25 years old. As you can see in the photos, the pivot shoe is broken. There is a 6, or perhaps a 9, stamped on the coil. Any help in telling me the part I need is appreciated.
