Cannot find any manufacturer or part number length is 2.5 inch.width 1.25 inch.thick=.5 inch there is a 5k on coil .no manufacturer on window either.?

Hi, the metal piece is broken where the pin sets to allow the window to tilt. My preference would be to buy the whole unit complete ..... otherwise ... how would I remove this to replace just the pivot metal piece ?? Thank you

these are the only pictures sent to me by an extremely elderly woman who desperately needs my help. It looks like the sliding support for a vertical opening window.

Windows are 12+ years old and went to remove lower sash. When they came out, I had metal pieces on the ground. I don't know who the manufacture is. Thanks for any help you can provide. Dave

I need a balance assembly for my double hung window serial number 113-716538. It is a double coil assembly 3.5 inches long, 1.25 inches wide and 0.5 inches deep.

I have the pella windows and the coils broke on one of them. The coil is marked with a 10 and is bronze 1/2" wide. Numbers dont match the numbers you show on your site. can I get theses coils or comparable?

Hello. I'm looking for pivot shoes for this pictured coil balance. I'm not sure if 15-177 is the right one. The cut out on the bottom of the coil is slit out. It looks like it catches in the groove of the pivot shoe. The description didn't assure me if I picked the correct shoe. Please review the ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm looking for a 1/2" #10 coil spring. Your 152 coil balance looks like a close match, but it doesn't go up to #10. Any suggestions? I also found that one of the main support pins (pivot bar?) broke. Do you carry replacements? Thanks.

My window was off track and I realized this was broken. The only identifier I can see is either a 6 or a 9 on the metal band. I could not find any markings to verify the name brand of the windows. If you could help me get replacements that would be great. VRJerry
