15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue

I am trying to find 4 sets of soft lite shoe balance for a customer. The only info I have is in the 2 photos above.

I have a bath room vinyl window that has 2 snapped coil balances. There are no visible identifiers on the shoe, the coil, or the coil cap(?). The shoe is blue and looks just like your part 15-177. The coil is bronze or copper in color and has a triangular end with screw hole and the coil is 1/2" wid ... (cont.)

The metal horseshoe piece that receives the window post is broken. The spring seems fine and I believe it can be reused, but I need a replacement for the pivot shoe. Also I included a photo of the sticker inside the window if that is helpful.

I need 2 of these to replace in my window, not sure what is compatible.
