The window will not stay up. Both side appear to be broken. Thanks in advance.

No idea who the manufacturer of this window is. The 3rd picture shows the broken part that the lower window is supposed to clip into so it can be raised and folded in for cleaning. Need both sides. Thanks

The only marking on the window is "Arcor" on the lock. There is a "7" on white housing but this is probably just a mold number.

I have the above windows and most of the shoes are broken. A few coils are broke as well. I see my shoes are part 15-177 but the notes say to use coil 152-7. The sash weigh about 14 lbs each. Coil 152-7 does not look like it has the correct end. Could you check my work to make sure I'm correct? Is ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement parts. No identifying marks

There are no identifying numbers on parts. Brake pad is light green/blue. Cam is metal. Coil is screwed in thru side wall.

As You see, I need t He part shown and the pin that goes into the window. They both broke.

I'm looking for the metal cam that fits into the # 15-177 Coil Balance shoe. Do you sell just the metal cam?

Hi, I need a 7lb long tongue coil for the top of a two spring window. The shoe is 15-177 and I have the bottom coil that's S152-6. What is the long coil that will work with these? Thanks, Dave

Just moved into a house and I need to replace some pivot shoes. I'm really not sure what company the windows came from but I did find documentation from the previous owners that said Soft Lite Windows and another that said Alumabilt. I am not sure whether either of these are the window company or ... (cont.)

They are both 1/2" coils that (by eyeballing it) look the same. I do not know what weight to choose. The top coil has CL stamped on it and the bottom coil has B stamped on it

please help me id these parts i am up.against a.deadlo e to.have these window repaired. One has a single coil and one has a double coil.

I could not find any numbers or information anywhere on the window. I need to replace these parts as soon as possible. There are two double hung windows that the part shown does not engage with the bottom of the window and stays at the bottom when the sash is raised.
