The cam is broken.

I believe the shoe and coil are Series 152 double coil. coils are 1/2". Coil balance shoe = 15-177 ?? Can not find any number/code on the ribbons other than one has " 5 K " on it. Bottom of shoe is marked red. Can you help identify which coils I need?? Thank you.

I'm not sure which Pivot Bar to use. The Bar for my window was broken on both sides at the weakest point, the screw hole. I didn't think to actually measure anything with a digital caliper until after I put what remained of the pivot bar back to at least have a window in place. I did take a picture ... (cont.)

Looking for 10 replacement cast parts that have broken in my vinyl windows.

I need the the shoe assembly for my vinyl tilt in window. The no. at the top of the window is: 113-712642 The window will not stay up because a piece of the "shoe" came off and the pin on the window will not stay in the shoe to move up and down.

I bought the Coil Balance Shoe (15-177) and the suggested 6 lb 152 Coil Balance (S152-6) as replacements for my window. I don't understand how the Coil Balance attaches to the Coil Balance Shoe.
