Hello, I need some assistance in find the right part for my window. it is not holding when lifting up or down. it just keep sliding down. i'm not sure the size and dimension of the coil and the parts for it. i can't find any other sticker besides the picture i have attached.

There are no numbers on pivot or window. Dimensions and look match 15-177 but but closer to 1-1/4 tall. Also, can I change by removing the springs?

Please let me know if you can help me.

Hello, I have Alside windows installed in 2011. I need the above photos pivot bars and other related parts. I also need to replace a sash because it has broken glass on one side, any idea where I could get a sash?

No visible markings or numbers. Coil is 1/2" wide. Window is 32" wide, 17" tall, 1 1/2" thick.

I need one of these. The coil balance is 15-177 with a 6 lb 152 coil balance and also a 4 lb coil balance. could you give me a part number to order this piece in the picture also?? Thank you. John

I just used up my last 2 coil spring systems. I don't know why but one side of the windows coil is stamped 8k and the other side is stamped 7k. I don't know if I made the mistake years ago replacing them. Please advice... wouldn't it be better if both side were held up with 8k .. stronger. ... (cont.)

A few windows in the house have broken coil balances. They are tilt in vinyl-type windows with no name brand on them. I couldn't see a spring coil with the notch this one has, so perhaps I would need the whole part or just the coil? No markings to describe the weight of the spring. 2 are on each w ... (cont.)

My window coil spring balance is broken in half. Can you tell me what the replacement part number is? I looked through the examples on your website and found a coil that is similar but it does not have the hook on the end needed to lock into the shoe. The window sash is 29x29.
