I believe I need to replace window channel balances. Pics provided. 29" long, has marking "28 9 98# CK Caldwell". The left side of frame pictured has it attached with one empty hole above it, the right side, not pictured only has one hole. I see no take put clips anywhere. Do you have parts I need? ... (cont.)

Hi, Im trying to order new channel balances and on it is says number 3840 (the brand of the window is All Season). I cant find it in your selection. Hello i have an older model window and it is a block and tackle style. When i removed the old balances out to look at the size, all it says is 24 CZ.
