Hi. Would like assistance identifying part. Balance length = 21" I would like to purchase the correct balance, and Takeout clips. Please advise. And thank you for your assistance. -Ray

The metal pieces are approximately 1.25" in length x .25" in width and allows the window channels to be installed and removed. They hook into a small square opening at the sides of the vertical window frames.

I need some replacement balances for our single hung Cascade Windows. They are stamped 23 4. And we need a replacement take out clip.

the silver balance is 23 inches and has the numbers 2220 on it and we also need the small silver piece in front of the balance and also the white plastic piece... if we can get the window balance as a whole that would be great and we would like 16 of them

I new two new replacement balances and a couple clip releases

Looks like I have 19-005 Balance Top with 15-029 balance shoe. Looking for non-tilt 1/2" channel balance assemblies. Also need sash stop and clip on side of windo.

This part is approximately 1/2 inch wide and holds the channel rail in place while under tension. These windows are hurricane impact and are removable.
