Hi, have a Milgard single hung window where on one side, the hook of the balance got detached from its slot inside the window jamb. Found this out when one day, we couldn't slide the window sash up anymore to open it. I had to use a small pry bar from the bottom to get the window to crack open a lit ... (cont.)

Philips window. The only numbe I see on the channel balance is 22 5 (with a symbol) op. The tape measure looks to say 23" for the length of the metal. Looks like 1/2"on both sides of metal bar. I have a viking vinyl window and have the new balance but a stop clip the is in the window channel broke. The universal clip does not seem to work right. Is there an answer for this?

Hello, I am trying to find the aluminum piece in the pictures attached. Not sure what it is called, but it is for the channel balancer to attach to so that you can slide the window out and take out the window channel balancer. The spacing is approximately 1.25" between the holes. ... (cont.)

Not sure where to really start with this as I'm a new homeowner. I had one window that doesn't really have issues going up and down or staying up, but the window balancer on the right-hand side just falls to the bottom of the window. iam looking for a take out clip

I need a replacement channel-balance and a few "take-out" clips to replace one broken one I have and to have a couple of spares just in case. how do you remove broken takeout clips????? both side broke off. is it possible to install a screw into balance,instead of clip?

I watched your video...very helpful. I think I can fix my Kinro window but need parts. My Channel Balance has a marking on it 26 3 I am also missing take-out clips.Please advise what part# I need to order. Thank you!Paula

I think the series 390 balance 34" long would match the old one but the only marking stamped on the original is k 33-3 and I'm not sure how that corresponds to the weight rating if at all. Also the 1/4 inch wide spring clip on the side of the window broke off and I'm not sure how to remove ... (cont.)

For Alenco windows. The metal is 28 1/4 inches long. I will need 14 window channel balances and also 20 take out clips (in case I break some clips trying to install them). Have attached photos. Need part numbers and prices to place order.
