Hello, I'm at a loss here. I have a Viking window that is completely missing its sash balances, so I'm not sure what to replace them with. Replacing four 21 year old spring balances on single hung vinyl windows. The cord has broken on two of them and would like to have two spares. The metal channel is 5/8"x5/8"x29" long. I am in need of 8 retaining clips for my Alenco windows. They hold the channel balance in place for window removal. Any help would be appreciated.
