Could you provide a part number and price for the track stop clip. The window manufacturer is Kinco - Jax FL. This clip stops the counter balance spring assemble at the top of the track which will allow you remove the window. I can not remove the part to get a better image for fear of breaking ... (cont.)

I ordered the S380-27 option 2640 channel balances for this window a couple of times. The state shown in the the photos has been going on for more than a year. Can you help me how to solve this problem. It seems like it's always the left side.

I have balances that resemble your Series 351 and 390. But the shoe on my balance is about 1-1/4" from from to back, or perhaps heel to toe. Will that make a difference? I need eight or more balances.

I have 11 year old PGT windows... one is starting to raise and lower with increasing difficulty, so guessing I need to replace the balance springs.
