hello, I have a atrium window, its 30 inches H X 34 1/12 W, the hook and lock inside the window is 12 inches apart. I moved into this house and it does not currently have any balances so I do not know what size I need.

I have to put a channel balance in a bathroom window because it doesn't have one. I want to know which one is the correct size.I bought a S350-17 but it was too short. See photo. My balance reads 28 3 but measures 28-3/4". What do I need? Can I just use a stock balance? I don't want to go through the custom process, so frankly, I'd be willing to fiddle around to make a stock balance work.

I need to replace some Series 351 Cahnnel Balances but am having trouble getting the window off the frame. As long as old balances are still in the track, the window wont come out even up at the top. Could you provide a part number and price for the track stop clip. The window manufacturer is Kinco - Jax FL. This clip stops the counter balance spring assemble at the top of the track which will allow you remove the window. I can not remove the part to get a better image for fear of breaking ... (cont.)

I have balances that resemble your Series 351 and 390. But the shoe on my balance is about 1-1/4" from from to back, or perhaps heel to toe. Will that make a difference? I need eight or more balances.

I have 11 year old PGT windows... one is starting to raise and lower with increasing difficulty, so guessing I need to replace the balance springs.
