My daughter has a BSI2740 window balancer that is out of position(fell down). Before knowing what to do I need to remove the window sash. Can you tell me how to do this? Thanks

I have rollyson top window sash guide 60-675BL. I understand the Black is no longer available and only the 60-675 in white is available. I wondered if it's possible to tell what window model I have as well as the balance model based on the sash guide number.

Hi Swisscom, Recently I ordered a pair of S700-27 channel balance from you. When I unpack the parts, I did comparisons between the new parts and my old part. Could?t remove the balance b/c it will require removing the entire window and didn?t have time as my time was limited in Florida but will return in Aug/Sep timeframe. Hello, I am trying to replace the two channel balances on my original (1980) window.. it is stamped 2420, but cannot be sure as to which top or shoe piece I need. Can you tell me by looking at the picture???? Are the many Series Numbers related to the appropriate fittings??

hello, I have a atrium window, its 30 inches H X 34 1/12 W, the hook and lock inside the window is 12 inches apart. I moved into this house and it does not currently have any balances so I do not know what size I need.

I have to put a channel balance in a bathroom window because it doesn't have one. I want to know which one is the correct size.I bought a S350-17 but it was too short. See photo. My balance reads 28 3 but measures 28-3/4". What do I need? Can I just use a stock balance? I don't want to go through the custom process, so frankly, I'd be willing to fiddle around to make a stock balance work.
