I need help in identifying the proper Channel Balance replacement for my vinyl windows. The length of the channel is 26", the width is 1/2" and the marks show the following: 26 4 BS1 RN. Thank you for your help (I also need takeout clips)

Looks like one of the takeout clips broke, and may need to replace a spring cartridge too. Clues?...

Was changing a couple of channel balances in a window and notice the plastic take out clips were broken. Are their any plastic take out clips on your site or are we supposed to use the metal ones. It's a house built on 1984 with original windows. Thank you in advance
