I have two problems with the channel balances on my Seal Craft windows. 1. Some of the balances do not stick with the window. I ordered some top sash stops that worked perfectly now my counter balance seem to have a problem. When I raise the window one side gets stuck see picture included. Hi I am replacing the top guides and spring/block and tackle hardware for (2) windows the actual window frame aluminum is 5/8 in cross-section, and the spring-channel part is 3/8"...I have included pictures but let me know if you need more... Thanks Rob

I have 2 window balancers which I need to replace. The writing on them says 29 6 FBS (last letter BSI or RSI) I also need the clips. My clips loos a little different that the one shown.
